If your item includes a free design service and you wish for us to setup your design, you may send the complete info (such as text, images, logos, and etc.) to Once we receive your info, we can put together a design sample for you. Usually, we can have a design sample for you within 24 to 48 hours. (Excluding weekends and holidays)

4. A proof will be sent to you for approval within 24 hours. (Excluding weekends and holidays) Under extreme workloads, proofs may take up to 48 hours. We will send the proofs to the email address that we have been communicating with. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours during our business days, please reach out to us as it is likely we did not receive your message.

5. Once the proof is approved, the printing process begins.

6. We will provide a tracking number once the item has been shipped. Please provide a physical address for us to ship to as we ship with UPS. Also note that we CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

7. Rush printing and shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please email for a quote.
